Our family recently moved into our very first home with the help of Sergio Ángulo and his team. The process was wonderful from start to finish. Before meeting Sergio, we had searched for years and had seen countless amount of homes and also sent many emails in hopes to find a match with a realtor that really understood what our family needed. Sergio is BY FAR the nicest, most personable, honest and helpful realtor we have worked with. Sergio lent his expertise in helping us compete in a fairly demanding market, he was highly responsive and on top of things throughout. Although we did not have a time frame of finding a new home, we were motivated and Sergio got that from the very beginning. He calmed our nerves and reassured us while avoiding any of those grandiose false promises that other realtors are often tempted to make— the end result is that we completely trusted him, and with good reason. Sergio was honest, professional, and did everything in his power to get a good deal for all involved. We would fully recommend him and his team to anyone and would happily use them again, though hopefully not anytime soon as we literally never want to leave our perfect home!!
