I don't usually do reviews but the Angulo Group deserves to be recognized for its hard and dedicated work. As a 1st time buyer, I did not know what to expect which is why I would like to extend my gratitude to the Angulo group especially Sergio and Cat who was from the start very supportive and extremely helpful. They both made every house showing possible for us and when we found the One they went above and beyond to make it happen for us. Sergio is extremely knowledgeable and good at negotiating. He will follow up with sellers, agents, and all 3rd parties. He answered any questions or concerns I had and continuously kept in communication with me even after the closing. Up to now that we are finally homeowners, he continues to help us resolve any concerns or questions that arise. I look forward to working with them for our 2nd home in the future. And will continue to share my experience with my friends and family and recommend them to everyone that is looking forward to becoming a homeowner or looking to buy their next property.
