I was looking in the Housing market for a few months and when I wanted to go see a property Zillow recommend Sergio. Sergio and I went to go see a few properties and when I finally found one that I was interested Sergio was very informative for any question I had and gave me advice on what to look for or what the seller of the property was will be looking for them to accept my offer. I highly recommend Sergio as a realtor he was very professional and helpful, and he would respond very quickly to any email or concern I may have I would even get responses to my emails at 2 in the morning, which goes to show he is a very hard working individual. He even got me a better interest rate than what my bank was offering me from his recommended place knocking off a few hundred off my monthly payment. Sergio’s team was also exceptional they made sure I was well taken care of and took care of any needs or paperwork questions. Overall my overall experience working with Sergio was very exceptional, would definitely use his services again if I were ever in the housing market again.
